Now this might seem like a strange topic.
But I thought it apropos considering our recent colonics discussion.
This morning I was woken up abruptly by someone yelling.
As a result I only slept 6 hours.
For me that’s not nearly enough. Add to the fact that yesterday I only slept 4.5 hours and the lack of sleep is really compounding.
And interestingly I’ve found that when I don’t get a lot of sleep my digestion and bowel movements normally slow down.
Yet after I awoke this morning I had three bowel movements.
Now this is common for me because I eat a high fiber Raw Food Diet. And even moreso because I’m the Greens King and I eat more greens than just about anybody due to the awesomeness addictiveness of Savory Veggie Stews.
And greens are LOADED with fiber and bulk.
But then I decided to do the “Forbidden Tibetan Energy Exercise” as I normally do in the morning.
Today it just took me 2 minutes and 9 seconds to complete.
Shortly thereafter I had another bowel movement but this time considerably smaller than before.
And then just a few minutes ago I had yet another bowel movement.
This time even tinier than the last one.
And I still have not eaten breakfast.
To me this is evidence that my bowels are extremely efficient and that I’m releasing just about everything that shouldn’t be in there.
I feel so much cleaner inside since I’ve been doing the Forbidden Tibetan Energy Exercise regularly.
And yet I’m way behind on my sleep.
And oh yah, that’s one of the other MEGA benefits of the Forbidden Tibetan Energy Exercise.
For some reason I’m able to function on a lot less sleep than normal.
I’ve been averaging an hour less of sleep per night for about 7 weeks now since doing this exercise.
And even on days like the last two where I’ve gotten little sleep, I still seem to manage to be productive.
(For instance the last two emails I wrote. And I did a webinar yesterday. And I even created a new blog yesterday. That took several hours of work.)
I was extremely productive yesterday on 4.5 hours sleep and with an hour nap later on.
In the past that would have put me in Zombieland.
