A few weeks ago I started doing a special Tibetan exercise that is supposed to make you younger, healthier and more energetic.
It’s been claimed to be a fountain of youth exercise by some of its practitioners and authors.
And within just two or three days of doing this exercise “my way” I noticed something INCREDIBLE happening.
For some reason I started waking up earlier in the mornings and needing significantly less sleep.
In fact, for two days straight I got only 6.5 hours of sleep (normally I’d be a zombie on that little sleep) but I functioned quite well and didn’t feel miserable or like I just had to take a nap.
I thought, “oh this is interesting.”
Maybe that Tibetan exercise that I’ve been doing is the reason I don’t feel as tired as I used to.
Well it’s been three weeks now and I can confirm that I need about one hour less sleep per night than I normally do. This has been consistent now for 3 weeks.
And miracle of all miracles today I woke up at 7:30 am and felt completely refreshed.
Plus that was on just 7 hours and 15 minutes of sleep. In the very recent past nothing short of 9 hours would be enough for me to feel refreshed. Especially if I’ve been working out a lot
Just recently my wake up time was more like 10am in the mornings and in the past it was very hard to get myself to go to bed before 1 or 2 am in the morning.
But ever since I’ve been doing this 3 to 5 minute exercise regularly I’ve been going to bed earlier and getting up even earlier because I needed less sleep.
Honestly, I’ve been struggling with going to bed late pretty much ever since my college years in the late 1980′s.
So for me… this is a mega breakthrough.
And there’s other stuff going on as well.
Now this exercise is not new to me. I’ve done it years ago after reading about it in an Anti-Aging book of Tibetan exercises.
But the way they teach it in that book is VERY different from how I’m doing it.
In fact, I used to sell a video of this exercise in which I show people how to do it a way that is more effective.
But since then I made a big change as to how I do this magical exercise.
And even in the past I received criticism from some of my customers saying doing it this way is dangerous. And now I’m doing it in an even “more dangerous” way.
But that’s what I mean by being forbidden.
Everywhere this exercise is taught you are given warnings of what not to do. That doing it wrong will burn you out instead of giving you all day long energy and mental clarity of mind.
Well so far in three weeks of testing I’ve found those warnings to be complete B.S.
[EDIT: 7 weeks later I'm still averaging 1 hour per night less of sleep. This works amazingly well. Still wake up refreshed even after just 4.5 hours of sleep last night. Normally I'd be a zombie right now but I'm feeling pretty darn good considering.]
In fact, this is the only way to do it so that you get mega results.
And I believe the authors of some of these books may even know that the limitations they put on this exercise only limit it’s potential to heal you.
The reason why this Tibetan exercise works so well is because it actually activates and regulates certain physical organs in your body. Specifically the endocrine system.
But these organs also have a spiritual component to them.
They’re your chakra centers which can be found on your spine. Yes I believe this exercise actually activates and balances your chakras which could be why it’s so beneficial.
And the best thing is you will feel mind blowing improvements in just 3 to 5 easy minutes a day.
In fact, I’ve done this non-strenuous exercise in as little as 2 minutes and 13 seconds.
Personally, I can actually feel cellular and bodily changes while I’m doing it.
For instance, while I’m doing the exercise my sinuses open wide up and my breathing becomes deeper and refreshing.
(In the past I did it in a way that takes longer and maybe that’s why I didn’t stick with it.)
Today it took me four minutes because I did an extra set. So far that seems to be the sweetspot.
It’s a non-strenuous exercise that just about anyone at any fitness level can do.
But you do have to follow careful instructions.
You can’t just start where I’m at because it would make you really sick. But most people should be able to get to my level in just 2 to 3 weeks.
Also, I’ll be showing you a simple way to turn this exercise into a daily habit.
This way you won’t ever miss a day.

At this point it’s working so powerfully, I’d have to be on my death bed to skip a day.
