I was responding to an email from a Lazy Pig Boot Camp client who had what you’d call extra lazy day.
He told me he was so tired in the morning that he skipped doing his Lazy Pig workout and just went to work.
But because he has someone making him accountable (namely me) to his fitness program he decided to do at least a short workout in the evening.
Here’s what he specifically said.
“I am feeling Roger’s law of energy at work for the first time after my workout tonight. Exercising when you’re feeling lazy, tired or unmotivated really helps. Now I’m feeling fresh.”
So now we have outside confirmation that Roger’s Rule of Energy is an actual law. LOL
Anyways, tonight (I’m writing this email at around 11pm at night) I was feeling tired and ready to turn in early for once.
All this week with the Superbeing Infinite Potential Club launch I’ve been working my arse off.
And usually very late into the night.
So tonight I was ready to turn in early.
But we have a big family day planned tomorrow.
So I wanted to make sure I’d write this email out to you tonight.
That way I can schedule it to go out in the morning.
Therefore I had to wake myself up.
What did I do?
Did I drink a cup of mocha chino or drink a caffeine loaded energy drink?
No of course not.
I actually used Roger’s Rule of Energy.
First I did the Forbidden Tibetan Energy Exercise (FTEE) for about 1 minute.
Then I did the “Isometrics Energizer Workout” for five minutes.
And viola! I felt energetic enough to crank out this email.
And another funny thing happened.
I told Karmyn I was going to do the FTEE and she was wondering if I wanted to go to the bathroom. But I only wanted to do it for extra mental clarity.
So after the FTEE I go to the mirror so I can watch myself do the Isometrics Energizer Workout.
Well after the first set of that exercise I immediately felt the urge to go potty.
Reason being is this really quick workout is also great for relieving constipation. (I personally don’t get constipation.)
But let’s just say it moves things along down there.
The reason being is that it works the ab muscles like crazy while your building your biceps at the exact same time.
But the major side benefit is that it totally oxygenates and energizes your body in a big way.
