Yesterday I sent out an email about how I used Roger’s Rule of Energy to get some work done late at night when I was tired.
What I did was the Forbidden Tibetan Energy Exercise (FTEE) and then the Isometrics Energizer Workout.
Total workout time was about 6 minutes.
Only thing… I had no idea the consequences of what I was going to do.
Well it woke me up to be able to write that email like it was supposed to.
But then I had to go to the bathroom “Number 2″ two times before I went to bed.
That wasn’t so bad.
The bad part was that I woke up to take a dump 3 times that night.
I almost never have to do that at night.
And I don’t ever remember at any time in my life going “number 2″ three times in one night. Unless I maybe had diarrhea.
Yet I did not have diarrhea two nights ago.
Plus I could have gone one more time but I held it in because going to poo like that was waking me up too much.
Why did this happen?
Well it turns out that the Forbidden Tibetan Energy Exercise has quite a laxative like effect if you do it the way I show you.
I’ve mentioned previous emails how it works like a colonic but is 100% safe with no chance of accidentally dying like can and has happened as a result of getting colonics done.
However, it’s best to only do the FTEE during the daytime and early afternoon.
And if you’ve got constipation and or got stuff stuck in your colon then you’ll want to do both of these exercises.

Well luckily I managed to fall asleep all of those times.
But it was not a comfortable feeling having to go number 2 when I was half asleep.
And I didn’t sleep as well as I’d have liked.
